Good Day,
Upon consultation with BurningArrow we have come to a mutual decision that RLRP will be shutting down entirely. This is effective immediately from this post. I plan to bring back the community but right now have been managing it for about 3 years and invested thousands of hours into it and am sick and tired of it. A community stole my hard work and effort and no one seems to realise or care what a scummy move it was and how that is what has led to this decision.
The reason the server failed rests on the Community Manager, he failed at doing his job. He raved about respect he had but never used it. He had command over staff, rules and everything else and has failed, resulting in the closing of RLRP. Furthermore he then abandoned the train wreck he caused because of no players, which he created.

Bullied Out Of A Server

It is with my greatest regrets that I am to inform you that RLRP has been forced and bullied into closing our modded branch of the server. What once was a thriving modded server was let down by poor choices from staff and senior staff alike. The real issues started when I banned a hacker who admitted to hacking using SSPCM. After this he preceded to use a VPN and new identity to unban himself from teamspeak and advertise a new server he created. This has now taken many players rendering recent projects and ideas useless and forcing us to re-evaluate the current priorities of RLRP. It must be said that by doing my job I have effectively destroyed my community of almost 3 years. Furthermore, immature actions from staff have resulted in me facing losing several senior staff and countless other staff unless I meet their demands (yep, blackmail), these were also to change to Altis.
So it is apparent that in order to save what little community I have left I will be forced to move back to unmodded Altis very soon. Sorry to those who enjoyed the modded server and I can assure you I feel equally as cheated and abused as you.

New Lakeside Server
At the weekend RLRP intends to release our modded server on the map of Lakeside, the date listed is only a rough estimate and is not confirmed. We are, in preparation for this, moving over to a new framework 4.4r3. This will allow us to completely re-make the mission with the sole purpose of working with script relevant to serious RP rather than Altis Life as this mission is re purposed from our old Altis Life.
This move should allow us to make a mission that works with many new scripts, is more easily customisation and performance improvement in the sense there are no null scripts so the coding is more tidy.

- New police shops, clothing, cars (new textures and sirens).
- New civilian helicopters.
- New police helicopters.
- New, custom made, bank script which includes wireless hacking.
- Jail script to allow custom time selection.
- Ziptie script which may also remove your map marker if your a cop.
- Radar to show: Type of vehicle, Owner name, Owner wanted status.
- Customised police interaction and script that removes illegal weapons, ammunition and clothing but leaves legal stuff.
- Civilian interaction menu that allows the unrestraining of people, moving of people and putting in vehicle.
- Vehicle interaction menu customisation that allows EMS to impound, restricts moving out of a vehicle if its speed is above 15km/h to stop abuse.
- Customised Vehicle shop, Weapon shop, Items shop including police battering ram.
- Fix saving gear to save almost all items.
- Customise locations of shops, Police HQ, EMS HQ, ect.
- Evidence system that stops people being automatically becoming wanted upon committing a crime.
- Removal of cop hexagon to magnify RP.
- Cops can restrain each other to stop restraining spamming.
- More modded clothing, especially hats.
- Rebel scopes (note to self include in life_illgal_stuffs).
- Remove not being able to open car virtual inventory whilst people near.

- More and customised cop clothing.
- Make all gas stations able to be robbed.

- Ability to disable 911 calls by some illegal activity or heist.
- Second bank with traditional C4.
- Lock-picking alarm and alert.

- Night club heist.
- Jewellery store heist.
